Honestly, I think in the Garnet Au, Either Ruby or Sapphire wouldve stayed behind when the other gave up their physical form to have a child. Its an interesting au when you think about it since there would be a mother. Like one of them wants to have a child but the other stays behind to look after them. Maybe they even got a surrogate.

Out of all of the designs, Dawn (Pearl’s daughter) was probably my favorite. Though, in the amethyst au, the concept of amethyst being the secret diamond and rose being the overcooked Quartz was pretty cool

These AUs are pretty cool. I think it would be super neat if there was an AU that followed a similar storyline to the original, except each gem falls for a different human. That way, each human-gem hybrid could exist at once - or maybe the humans we see in canon become half-gems.

I like these aus but I kinda wish there were more where the crystal gems stayed in the same roles, like what if amethyst had a kid and the kid had to deal with the fact that she is less powerful than all of the other crystal gems since she is a human and her mom was defective and the crystal gems probably treated younger amethyst like a child despite her being thousands of years old and this kid would have to deal with jeer being taken seriously. Also imagine Bismuth’s child having to deal with the whole Breaking Point situation, knowing that Rose Quartz doesn’t entirely trust her and thinks that she might be Bismuth trying to hide from her mistakes, the kid absolutely growing to hate Rose Quartz with a burning passion after finding out she was Pink Diamonda and having to rethink everything, also on a less serious note, they would absolutely be besties with Peridot, I want that friendship.
