I've seen her standup on Kill Tony, and honestly she is so much funnier in this setting. Just letting loose, saying the fucked up things off the top of her head. The nervous persona on stage is funny for a few jokes, but when she breaks away from that, you get the most clever and hilarious stuff. Even her first KT minute, the "No, this is Patrick" was amazing. It was goofy and unexpected, (and one of my favorite SpongeBob moments) but it was also confidently spoken. The timid voice can take a backseat when she's just so naturally funny like this.
