Steve Fisher what zero do you use for your carbines and redots?
@Learningfirearms

+Drew Baglin he uses 200 yard zero when available.

In courses where there is less than 200yds space, Steve's students are zeroing at 50yds. We recommend a 50yd zero, although a 100yd is also perfectly acceptable. The ideal zero should also be the same as what an optic reticle is calibrated for, if applicable (i.e. 100 meters for 5.56 ACOG, etc).

What if one can't run... can I still take that class?

Each instructor is different but generally most understand if you have physical limitations and will work with you. It's always best to communicate that ahead of time as they can help you with determining if the class is a good fit for you.
