When deep scanning is revealed it should be at 50% discount if I remember correctly. Russia absolutely depends on RC Driller. You can get 2 billion if you extract a certain amount of metal from underground deposits and extracting rare metals also helps. Concrete should never be an issue because Russia can create it from fuel. I hope this time around is better even though initial spot was also good.

Why not set up a water extractor at the deposit to the N/W? Edit* Mentioned @ 3:49 Water Vaporators don't work during dust storms.
