This video is right on time. I walked down the steepest hill the other day and it was super windy and I made it. I will say it was nerve racking because it increased my speed and tested my balance. There were a bunch of people walking by and cars going by. So i really had to multi task while focusing on walking. I would advise working the core muscles and work on balance and stretching. The treadmill and the bike has really helped me. Laying down and doing leg raises and knee to chest are good exercises also and practice rolling on you sides, If you can't do any of these, just try to think about the movement. At first I couldn't lift my leg/foot at all, but I just thought about it moving and eventually it moved, when you are thinking about it, move the unaffected arm or leg /foot at the same time. It may sound silly, but just looking at the affected side and talking to the arm and leg can also help. It takes time, keep fighting and don't give up.
