Thank you for teaching the principles and mechanics in a way that is palatable and easy to understand. The way you keep it about the gym and use gym exercise examples makes this understandable and I can’t get enough. Please keep teaching as you have a real gift.

Its so refreshing to hear you riff and explain not just the leg workout but your beliefs within it and reasonings why on not just the leg workout but your personal opinions within it. These videos are so helpful mate, very much appreciate every knowledge nugget you put into these clips

Great video series. I'd also love to see you compare famous bodybuilders between era's and their training style. Chris Cormier versus Flex Wheeler representing the 90's, Jay Cutler versus Dexter Jackson for the 2000's, Phil Heath versus Kai Greene representing the 2010's. Something like that at least. I think choosing a specific era for the comparison would be interesting. You could pick any random body part and compare the athletes against each other and we can see who has the best mechanics and maybe by extension the better body part.

I think mikes philosophy works well for the average lifter but not so much for elite level lifters such as Yates, Heath and Coleman

U can't critique Ronnie Coleman he's like an anomaly 😂 like u can't fathom what he felt like when he trained at all.
