Just be aware, in some states a dagger is illegal to own. Sharpening the other edge of the knife would change it into a dagger.

Very well thought out, Mathew. The manufacturer should take full notice and perhaps incorporate your modifications in their "Version 2" of this model. Nicely done, sir.

Raw chicken can contain salmonella so I would definitely clean that knife thoroughly now that it has been possibly contaminated lol. On another note, I was wondering if you have done any edge retention tests with that knife considering it's made from CPM Magnacut. I was curious if that new steel is worthy of all the hype.
