Welcome to CRM Life Episode 105, where I go on an impossible mission: making a Rolex watch baby friend (yeah, baby friendly) for my new 1-year-old client, which includes finding and swapping a dial and crystal, as well as servicing the watch with the watchmaker, all in less than one hour while the client waited at the store!
We also did something that we’ve never done before, go live to sell a consignment watch (a new AP Royal Oak) for a new client. The incredible thing is that we never knew it’ll work...and work it did! A few minutes after we click to go live, we sold the watch!

How nice to come across a new episode of CRM after a long night of work! Coffee in hand (in my CRM mug), here i am, taking a quick look at what's happening online before crashing into bed and boom! What do you know: our favorite family is here to educate and entertain us! Passionate Carlos and his life lessons. Mischievous Charlie and his adventures in the four corners of the jeweled Sunshine State. Enchanting Natalie and her hypnotizing eyes which, like the Greek Medusa, can petrify the most rigid man. I say this make for a great visual feast! A visual feast that could only be matched by a jewelery fair spanning countless hallways littered with jeweler kiosks. Oh wait, that's exactly where Charlie is taking us here... All that's missing is daring to make a luxury watch for a baby... Oh wait. That's exactly what happens in this video! Ok well, that's something you don't see everyday. Like selling a watch under one minute... Oh wait, that's exactly what happens at our beloved Miamian store! Ok. I rest my case. Hi guys, just saw this video. Love your channel, love what you do. One small comment. The white tag is not considered part of the full set. A lot of ADs choose to keep the white tag for their records. It is great if one can have it when buying a watch from the AD, simply because it denotes the dial configuration. But again, dealers quite often hold on to it. What I do normally is put the tag next to the watch and take a picture of the two, and always hold on to the invoice, because the dial configuration is stated on it.

The partial deposit is not something that's common. It depends on the watch and the particular situation, but as an approximation, it should be at least 20%.
