Speaking of raised toilte partitions, I got locked up in a toilet in Omaha once - the lock malfunctioned. I simply crawled out by ducking under the door. Got locked up once in Karlovac too. Restaurant owner had to knock the block walls down with a sledgehammer so that I could get out.

Wow! Yes, that's quite a difference. I only got locked in a bathroom once, and it was fortunately in the US, so I was also able to crawl out.

Why knock the wall down? Do they have steel doors id just kick it open or climb over top. Id defently rather break the door than tear down a wall o.0

The nice thing in 🇺🇸 when you go to bathroom it is dirty usally dont matter where either 150 dollar shoes expensive pants to put them in piss i just dont get it... Then americans usally look at their self as better than other countries 😆 what a joke oh and they all love jesus and will be forgiven so they keep on sinning 😆

Free drinks reffils is absolutely my number one best thing about USA. At first didn't believe it, but my relatives who lives in Lousiana confirmed that. Anyway, this can't be possible here in Europe, especially in Balkan area where is visiting bars and restaurants almost a culture. The owners would bankrupt very soon 😂

It's really great to have as much to drink as you want for just one price!

I'm Croatian and I ALWAYS eat pizza with fork and a knife as everyone I know here. So, it must be that you are the exception which only confirms the rule.

@@richard_from_england333 I don't think so, whenever I come to Zagreb they also offer me fork and knife and the locals around me in pizzeria also eat like that. It iz pizza which you eat in pizzeria, where you sit and eat and it is normal that in Croatia you eat it with fork and knife. Even in Osijek (they have a great pizza) I ate it with knife and fork. The other thing is pizzeta which you by in fast food and eat mostly while walking.

Raised partitions in toilets. Because toilets must be vented well - there is an exhaust fan on ceiling - air circulates better if there is a gap at the bottom, and at the top of toilet stalls. less stink - UNLIKE in European toilets where they're sealed untill you open the doors after some dude did a major job. And hardly any fans in european toilets. BTW, I'm crooatian born, and have been there many times. Speaking of Croatian toiltes, WTF is up having to pay for them, then getting ONE - ONE stinking toilet paper from an old lady?!

I went to school (primary/high school and university) in Pennsylvania. Did my Masters in Boston. Anytime anyone lives in a different country, there is always culture shock. Heck, even visiting a different country can come with a lot of culture shock, but when visiting/vacationing, it's more of a fun novel experience. Living somewhere for awhile is much harder - you feel the differences so much more. And of course, some places are easier than others.
