Love this ... and spent the time typing and watching so I can have the pattern when I can't get to the video - and to the video when I can't find the pattern in its safe place. TY so very much. I wonder if this can be extended into a larger and large triangle - and then the large pieces put together to get a blanket or afghan or shawl/stole. Hmmm. A single row could make a nice scarf or cowl, maybe.

I've made this pattern in a square before - but seeing it in a triangle form is cute. I don't like doing individual pieces so I'll just make this bigger with color changing yarns... Thanks..

@meishandmade40904 жыл бұрын
Hi, I only made a video tutorial of the 3D triangle. Note that the thumbnail picture comes from pinterest and not from my own. You can use any yarn and hook size of your choice. I used a sport weight yarn only for the tutorial. But a light worsted yarn would be ideal to make this for a blanket.

To people wanting the written pattern, play this and type the instructions into another document for yourself. It isn't hard and it doesn't cost you anything. It looks like you increase by 4 each row if you want to keep going on the shape instead of starting a new piece. Don't know if it scales up without warping. Try it yourself.

Hi, you might be confused. In every beginning of rounds it is 3ch, 2dc then fpdc. And in other 2 corners of triangle it is 2dc, 1ch, 2dc in chain space

@tracymeldahl71774 жыл бұрын
My question too.
@SimLauren4 жыл бұрын
Depends on the thickness of the yarn. I tend to grab 20x 100g balls of Acrylic yarn for a blanket as a starting point. That makes a good sized blanket just for me (I’m pretty tall), but would be on the small side for a King-size bed spread.
