dc = place 1 double crochet into the next stitch inc = place 2 double crochets into the next same stitch ( )x7 = means you need to repeat the same two steps ( dc, inc ) in a total of 7 times over again :)

It’s driving me insane - for the ear holes, why do you skip 4 on one side and 6 on the other??? Why don’t you just do 5 on each side???

Hi, sorry you might have gotten it wrong, I did skip 6 stitches on both side’s for the ear holes. You might had miss looked it :)
