I love this idea! I’ve crocheted corner-to-corner pieces before but only as one piece. Small blocks of C2C are adorable and would hold the interest of short-attention-span me. I also very much like the C2C granny stitch technique. Your color combinations are lovely too. Please keep ’em coming!

I like for you to know! That because of you, I found a way of doing a version of a crochet I-cord. I did your first row by chain 2, but I did a slip stitch between the C2C. But now I have V’s on the back side I did not liked. So I did on the backside chain 1, pick-up the V, and made a chain (very loosely) then last row made a chain. Go under the loops from row 1. In to the chain from row 2, doing this twice. Im a knitter, but happy I came up with a nice small border edge, that looks like a I-cord

Wow! The last method looks like an incredibly easy way to border my recently completed C2C afghan. I am going to be trying it right now. Do you think it will be adequate for a large blanket, say 52x52?
