Omg. That was so much fun! Congrats on the new space. As you were going through all your stuff, I was going, Yup got that, got that, that too! But probably 10 times more. Plus add all my card making stuff, card stock, ink, steel rule dies, paper cutters. You name it, I got it. Came in very handy when the kids came to me the night before some school project was due.

Hi Cindy, thanks for sharing your new crafty space with us. I too have problems letting go of things I might need later. I have been trying to organise my crafty space which is very small and overflowing with things I don't use. I found some yarn I purchased to knit my son a sweater when he was around 2 years old, he just turned 21. It is really hard to let go of things, so far I have put aside 1 box of stuff.

Your new space is incredible! I respect your organizational super skills. I am similarly obsessive (maybe not quite as extraordinary as you are)😅💖 I grew up with an OCD dad, which was boring because he just had highly organized power tools and work benches and stuff. A well-organized craft room is much more exhilarating! So I loved the video and feel quite inspired to get my act together with my own craft room. It will be easy because I have a small fraction of the amount of stuff you have. 😂🤗

I love how you don’t encourage people to downsize/declutter or ***shudder*** donate stuff…. NO! I was thinking about you today and here you are! You will love the mainstays cotton! In fact I need to go wipe out the walmart in a neighboring town because you cannot order that cotton online. 😞. Your new room is soooo good and the yarn vase is genius! So, yes, my yarn is all in color groups in bins too. I can't take it mixed up. The mint walls are delicious and I have that color in my house and my craft room is a delicious deep minty green. Green!

Your new room is lovely! It inspires me to reorganize my room. I love that Mainstay cotton yarn. Unfortunately I think they stopped making it. I’m making a sweater out of it and I needed more. It is in the second Christmas gnome book by Mariia Ermanolva. I did a video at Christmas time about the book. Truly, a great one to add to your collection. A wonderful designer. I just didn’t make it look Christmasy. I wanted it to look like the Swedish chef from the muppets. Hope that helps. ☺️

Oh my gosh, I have a bunch of stuff that I moved from a tiny space in my parents home down to my parents’ basement in my parents home 🤣 I have a lot of stuff… and my mom is also a crafter… and SHE has a lot of stuff. I think it possibly frustrates my dad and my boyfriend lol 🤪 I’ve made accidental purchases too that have turned into happy accidents 🤣🤣 I once accidentally bought to packs of 300 count 110lbs cardstock - turned into a happy accident because now I have precut cardstock for card making 🙃

The white one is a lamp, the black one is a stand for phone filming. My hubby got me that. I’m pretty sure it’s from Amazon. It has a magnifying glass for small things too. I love it.

I can’t stop laughing I am so like you it’s crazy I spend more time collecting god only know everything I could need for whatever new obsession I want to try! After I get everything I decide I’ve had enough of that hobby and go to collecting something new. Right now not a possession so to speak but I made a granny square and now I’m spending all my time getting every pattern I can find and of course getting something to put them all in. Take those awful yarns and the mini skeins and crochet up baskets using three strands at a time. I got rid of my awful yarn and have four baskets! And now they are filled with....yes.....yarn. The mandala is gorgeous. I think it should be hung on the wall. I saw someone spray starch on her mandala to stiffen it and hang it. Also, I am anal about my kitchen pantry. I love organizing canned goods by vegetable type or soup type, also by height. Everything is organized and spaced out just so!
