So, when you have ss into your final chain you ch1 and turn. Is that considered the first slstst in of r2? Then hdc in hdc, slst in next slst etc to end? The stitches sit on each other. Slst over slst. Hdc over hdc? I have short term memory issues from a stroke. Just want to be sure I am getting it right.

Beautiful stitch, I want to use this as a border for a blanket (yarn is Bernat Blanket), how would you do the corners? Thank you.
@lollylolly81864 жыл бұрын
DanielleAF 3stitches in the same stitch for corners. So with 2 slst and one hdc or 2 hdc and one slst.

Is it possible to slow down some for the entire tutorial? I have a hard time following when it goes so fast?
@neenee565 жыл бұрын
Thank you so very much for your video. It's so easy to follow. I want to crochet a scarf for my husband, maybe 8 to 10 inches wide. I can calculate the number of chains myself, to get the approximate width. I just have one question.... What would the multiples be, to know how many chains. At first I thought I should chain even number of chains. But then I see that I have to begin and end with a slip stitch. So, would I chain multiples of 2 plus 1 more chain? Thanks for any help you can give me. :)
@naticrochet5 жыл бұрын
You chain multiples of 2. We chain even numbers of chains, but because we skip the first chain in the beginning we're gone end up with odd number of stitches. let's say you chain 20 chains, but after the first row you are left with 19 stitches. Remember that you start the first row with slip stitch you finish the 1st row with slip stitch in the last chain. When you start next row you start with a half double crochet and finish with a half double crochet in the last stitch. Next row you start with the slip stitch and finish with a slip stitch. And so on, you alternate how you start each row. I hope my explanation helped you. Happy Crochet!

Thank you. Yes, that does help clear it up. :)

I would also like to take notice to your index finger nails. Please have your doctor check your blood oxygen levels and your lungs. When your nails begin to turn downward like that it usually has something to do with lower oxygen levels in the blood and issues with the lower lung. Please get checked. God bless.

You’re right. A month ago someone told me the same thing. So, I went for a check up, my iron and copper very low. The doctor put me on pills to see if can be improved the deficiency, if not they will have to put me on IV for Iron. Thank you for your concern, you’re very kind. Have a great day!
