Thank you so much!!! Wonderful idea to make them for Christmas. The ring is a snap button ring. You buy the ring and you can add the snap button to it. SO if you have different snaps it looks like each time you wear a different ring. I bought mine at Ali Express. Search for Snap button ring 18 mm. If you wanna buy them then make sure the ring and the buttons have the same size. They do have 12mm as well and they don't fit the 18 mm ring.

Thank you so much for this tutorial! It was super clear and easy to follow :) I used 1 skein of Sugar'n Cream yarn (95 yards) with a 5mm hook and was able to make 8 scrubbies and one mini one (9 multiples instead of 14) with a little bit left over!
