I finished one ! It's much more flexible than the single crochet version i use as a hot pat. It will dry easier. I have to tell you though ; i sewed it inside out because the back side texture was so much more interesting . i appreciate you.

Clair, to you have a tutorial for finishing the ends of single crochet rows so that they are neat, without the holes? Also I've heard of finishing off each row so that you get the v shape on the outside of the row instead of the ugly mess of chaining one and turning. I think it looks ugly. I'm crocheting a sweater with several rows of single crochets which will be connected at the end and I can foresee having trouble making it look nice when I join the back to the front. Someone told me to finish each row with a slip stitch but I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello, I have heard of doing that in knitting, but I have not heard about it with crochet, would love to learn more if you find some information on it

hahaha No fair! You were supposed to have a tutorial on it. No problem. If I happen to find something on it, I'll let you know. Maybe your readers/fans will also look or share. ;)

Hello. Is the yarn you are using here 10 ply like you said? Doesn't it say 4 ply on the packaging?
@CrochetwithClare8 жыл бұрын
Hello, yes the American term is 4ply. The Australian term is 10 ply Its so confusing and wish that we had the same all over the world :)
