to anyone who sees this, PUT THE SAFETY EYES IN BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT PART, BEFORE SEWING THE HEAD! Otherwise it's a great tutorial. I haven't croched in years and I could follow allong just fine after watching a couple 5 minute youtube tutorials on how to make the magic circle and hdc/dc. Took me around 8-10 hours I think but again, I had to look at tutorials and did other stuff at the same time.

Thanks for sharing this adorable project in a tutorial that is very well done. You made it plain and yet did not drag it out [ thanks for speeding it up in the right places ]! I've been through this pattern three times as I was teaching others. I was pleased to find a large Bernat blanket yarn "wheel" with light, medium and deep pink on sale for $9 at JoAnn ...so I started from the middle with the deep pink, then used light pink from the outside... and medium will be used for the "patches" and deep pink again for the horns and mouth! Thank you SO much!!

Hello! I’m new to crochet, when you say for example 2 SC, dec x 6 (18) does that mean I would do 2 single crochet, then a decrease, then 2 single crochet, then a decrease and so on if that makes sense?
@debebe5889 Жыл бұрын
You may know by now, but yes, you are correct. Work 2 single crochet, then pull up a stitch in the next 2 stitches and make 1 single crochet with those as if they are one stitch. Then you do it again x6 times and you should end up with18 stitches.

two stitches in one space
@talkingwithlilly10913 жыл бұрын
Decreasing is where you make the project more smaller as it goes up like you saw the way on the top or before the head that’s when she was decreasing and then when she was increasing that’s when she was making it bigger to form the belly
@gummy72182 жыл бұрын
The people above me explained it well :D To do an increase, you do a single crochet and then you go into the same stitch where you did the single crochet and do another one onto there So basically 2 single crochets in the same stitch To do a decrease- it’s hard to explain but there are some KZbin tutorials for it :>
