Does it need to be cotton yarn?
@pontneufstudio4 ай бұрын
cotton yarn is usually best for this type of project. it doesn't stretch as much as acrylic and won't get fuzzy like acrylic would.

Great tutorial, I was looking for something quick and easy for spring/summer project. May I ask where you got the wooden rings? Thanks
@pontneufstudio2 жыл бұрын
they work up really quick! these wooden rings are actually drapery rings that i found at a reuse market. they have similar ones on amazon that are the same size, but aren't stained yet. amzn.to/3stGsqU i hope this helps :)

@@pontneufstudiolove that you used the drapery rings. I just donated some drapes and the rings to goodwill. Think I can get them back! 🤣that always happens , I need something after I give it away. 🤦🏻♀️

Are these washable? If so, Would you hand wash or throw in the washer and then hang to dry?
@pontneufstudio2 жыл бұрын
Hi Rebecca, The yarn is washable. It depends on the ring you use. If it’s stained I’d be hesitant but otherwise I think it should be ok.
