Ahh!!! The cats are sooo cute! btw, Genna I bought your baby penguin pattern, but I had to modify the white part and instead of 3 sc with white yarn on round 6, I had to sc 5 :( but it's ok! I'm still working on it, and it is looking soooo much better! I am using bernat blanket yarn though, so I'm currently remaking the penguin for my mom's birthday! 🎉 the 3 sc might work for the velvet yarn, but it doesn't work for blanket yarn... I still love how the pattern is coming out! Thank you, Genna! The pattern is the first one I've bought form you, and I love it sooo much except for the small edit I had to do 😊 Edit: I also had to edit the bobble stitches for the feet, so that was also a bit annoying, but congrats on crocheting 14 loaf cats! 😊

If you want to see how much a cat uses of a skein, just weigh the completed cat, without stuffing or eyes. Then subtract that from the total weight of the skein on the ball band. :) If you want to find out how many meters/yards you used per cat, just take the total weight of a full skein and divide that by the meters/yards of a full skein. After weighing your 'empty cat' you multiply the weight by the number you got earlier (by dividing the full skein weight by the full skein meters/yards). Then you have the yards/meters used to make 1 cat :) Just make sure you pick either Imperial or metiec and stick with one of those forms of measurement and you should be fine!
