Don Johnson is inarguably a very cool guy (like his Crockett character) - and so is Jan Hammer - but looking back, now, this series often had embarrassingly-poor writing and acting. @CollectorChronicles2 жыл бұрын
I think in the mid/late 80’s a kid with a toy gun was killed by cops and after that a lot of toy guns started to be made in bright colors. You might remember “Entertech” water guns. As far as cap guns, there were Japanese model guns that you would put caps in brass cartridges that screwed apart. They could shoot full auto. They’re referred to as PFC or “plug-fire cap”. They made a MAC-10 with suppressors.

I like "Trust Fund Pirates" It involves both Crockett and Tubbs. I love the lines "Boy, do I feel dumb" and "Go ahead. Shoot him. I don't care," as well as the reaction on Tubbs' face. Thomas Chong's appearance didn't detract from the story (unlike some of the season 2 guest stars). Plus, Gary Cole was apparently the network's preferred choice to play Sonny Crockett.

Proper gun discipline was never a big thing in the shows of the 1980s.
