Always thought ‘The Enforcer’ was the weakest of the Dirty Harry films. ‘Sudden Impact’ had some good moments but I also thought that this one was more fun to watch overall compared to it. Agree that the original DH and Magnum Force are better though.

Normally in such strong warehouses windows are equipped with a solid metal lattice against burglars with quite small window glasses filling the lattice. At 7:15 , 7:16 , 7:17 such a lattice is smashed merely by low speed hurling a light wooden chair towards the lattice. Simple minded burglars might get faulty ideas by watching these films. Both men running on the pier 8:01 , 8:02 , 8:03 shot misses Eastwood by 20 inches. It looks more like a firecracker exploding on the paving stones.
