Honestly I have so much respect for you for putting this video out, I to myself plan to get one out near the end of 2019. I have been suffering from Chrons Disease since July 2016 and you should having chrons is such a shit thing, constantly bringing you down psychically and mentally. The lowest I have hit was 34kg and right now I am sitting at 72kg however. I am making progress with my body. David I wish you all the very best in this transformation. Keep up the hard work brother.

How many hours per day do you workout ? And what is the medication you are on ?

Vamsi Krishna N typically 4 days per week, for about and hour and 15 to an hour and a half. I am on humira currently, with the hopes of getting off entirely in the coming years.

Hi David I have a crohn's disease too I'm 21 and only weight 120 pounds.. I just started working out too so I want your advice and what I need to do for a good diet.. thank you!!

Hey man that's fantastic! A good diet is really a matter of what your body will allow you to eat. Some people with Crohn's can't tolerate dairy, I can. In general eat whole foods: try to limit your processed sugar intake and try to eat a higher fat diet than high carbs. From the people I've helped, I've people that eat a ratio of 40% carbs, 20% protein and 40% fat diet have the least symptomatic states. But again, it's really a trial and error. Hope that helps

@@smartfitness7200 thank you!! For the dairy it's not that bad but not everything I can take... I start to eat a lot more but some times it's not that easy haha and and i don't eat a lot of fat so if I start to include more fat in my diet maybe I'm gonna see bigger result :)

Heyy..David i m also suffering from Crohn's disease (IBD) whenever i workout my abdomen get bloated and its painful after workout..What should i do to cure this problem..Need your Advice Brother... !!!

Hi man, I'm not a doctor so I am not giving you medical advice or a cure, as there is no cure to IBD (yet), but it could be related to your diet. If it only occurs when you are working out it might be something you are eating before you train. If its something that digests slowly it might be taking too long to travel through the small intestine, causing bloating....try eating light meals, such as a banana and a protein shake. If it still happens I would see your doctor, it could be something medically wrong. I know myself, I have had the H Plyori bacteria causing bloating and problems on occasion, and have needed anti-biotics, you could have similar issues. Though a bacterial infection is present at all time, not just during working out.

is it safe doing belly fat reduction exercises like crunches,phlank..etc for chrons patients....?

You can't target fat reduction. Your body loses it from all over at the same time. I do those exercises all the time (diagnosed in 1988) with no problem. Everybody's case is different. Just try it and see how it makes you feel. Know this: If you have belly fat, building abdominal muscles under that fat will effectively make your stomach look fatter (i.e., the fat sits on top of the muscles). So consider creating a good diet plan by eliminating sugar, excessive carbohydrates, alcohol, processed foods, fast food, etc., and combine that with a good exercise plan. The fat will eventually melt and the muscles will stand out.
