Ingredients
Flour 500 gm
Sugar 50 gm
Salt 10 gm
Eggs 2
Butter 40 gm
Yeast 11gm
Milk powder 30 gm
Water as required
Ingredients for filling
Chicken 250
Masala powder 2 tbls
Oil as required
Other ingredients
Capsicum 1
Salad leaves as required
Method for filing
Chicken ko masla or oil laga k gril kr le
Phir crossent ke filling me use kren
Method
Sb cheezon ko ak sath gondhkr dough bna le phir profing k ley rakh de jb prof ho jaey to bel kr crossent shape cutting kr k profing kren 30 minutes tak phir 180c pr 15 minutes tak bake kren
Jb thandy ho jaen to bech say cutting kr k chicken tomato cucumber or salad pata ke filling kren
Almond cake:
Ingredients
Butter 200 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Eggs 4
Flour 175 gm
Almond powder 25 gm
Baking powder 10 gm
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Ingredients to decorate
Almond for decoration 100 gm
Cherries 50 gm
Glaze 100 gm
Method
Mould ko butter say grees kren phir almond set kr k fridge me rajh de
Mixture me buttet or sugar ko ak sath add kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to us me eggs add kr de phir dry ingredients add kr k fold kren
Almond waly mould me dal kr 35 to 40 min 180 deg per bake kren
Egg biscuits :
Ingredients
Butter 125 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Eggs 3
Flour 200 gm
Creamy vanilla 1 Tsp
Method
Butter ir sugar ko ak sath beat kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to us me eggs add kr de phir piping bag say drip kren
Or 170 c pr 15 minutes tak bake kren
