@FaRKle0079 any idea how much weight you added? I currently have the Zhukove forend and factory stock and am at 7lbs. Wanting to do the CROM and SGA but at over a pound gain I am second guessing things.

Amazing product, but it's extremely overpriced. If they did the same thing but in polymer and at half the price. It would sell better. The carbine itself cost around 500 give or take. And this Chassis ALONE, not even including any extras cost $325. That's crazy. At this point. You might as well get a pistol caliber AR, or build your own.

How well can you use the factory sights with the butt stock?

The factory sights work perfectly fine for me with this combo. The comb/height works well for me and isn't too high.

Maybe I'm just too european for most of all this "tactical" stuff I see, but I can't help to wonder why people bother with co-witness sights. What's the bloody point? I have my reddot on a quick-detach mount. I remove it when I wanna use the irons. Takes me five seconds to do. Am I missing something? Regards, a swede

It's a "nice to have." Or another way of thinking about it is, "If I'm going to have part of my sight picture obstructed by the front sight, I might as well be able to use it."
