Simple and easy, for-stock upgrade. I like the fact you can keep you iron sights. Now you can add a light, sling and bipod. (I love the Ruger, ghost ring sights. But, the Delta point sight looks sweet too!) Midwest Industries, also makes a similar model rail for the Ruger 10/22 & Charger pistols. Looking forward to your, in the field, testing and opinions. Thanks Yamil.

@@yrsued I took your advice and used a heat/shrink gun and it worked like butter. It broke them both loose. I found out the two screws are star not Alan wrenches like everything else. I happen to have a set and was able to finish the rifle before heading to the range.😎🇺🇸

There are two good ones, one from Skinner Sights (This one) and one from EGW (Evolution Gun Works). They both allow Co Witness, they are that low to the bore. I must admit, the Skinner Sights website is very hard to navigate, LMK if you need help finding it, I will try to find it for you.

For tactical training and self/home defense, yes, this one is sturdier, for competition, this one is too heavy!! I don't do competition anymore, this thing is about to get heavier soon!! I got one more thing that will make it much heavier!!

@@KendrasEdge757 That is the beauty of MLOK, you can add anything you want to it!! The hand stop is not a must for me, my arms are not long enough to get in front of the muzzle, but the light, YUP, it's a must!!
@KendrasEdge757
@KendrasEdge757 3 жыл бұрын
@@yrsued yeah definitely a must with the light. If it’s not strictly a range toy and will be used in home defense/defense of self and others, than a light is at the top of the list of needed items for the firearm. I don’t shoot competition so everything is self/home defense, hunting, or just a range toy to me. The hand stop or angled for grip, can definitely help in shooting. It helps to pull the rifle into your shoulder tremendously which, as you know, helps with recoil mitigation and therefore allowing faster followup shots and you can shoot much faster and more accurately that way. Although one would think 9mm doesn’t have any recoil, but it has a lot more than you’d think. Specifically when trying to shoot accurately, fast, and flat!
