Sorry I had to reupload this video beacause I mistakenly put a clip of my check routing and account number in the video. Other than that being removed everything else is the same. For some reason the trim tool in the video editor would not allow me to trim that shot out of the video. Also, I'm hoping to tour Rupp Seeds facility still sometime this winter and in early January I'll be in Georgia and Florida for two weeks and would like to find a few farms to visit and film while we're driving through...don't currently have any in mind so if you know of any Farms in the South that I should contact please let me know, thanks!

@@cinm9565 frustrating too since the other one already had 2,500 views.

The wet wall plastic is not a new product. We have had this product for almost 10 years now, we’ve actually replaced it with the old style cardboard, because it does not cool as good as the cardboard, it does not absorb the water. It just runs right off. I just figured I would share. Love the videos, brother 5:37

That is great info, thanks! I wonder if Crop King will find this out after using them for several season. Their little hobby setup might not be big enough to realize the real world results that you are getting.

As I have recently dipped into some hydroponics at home on a very small scale, this was very interesting.

Last year I bought some tarps made withe the vinyl and cord in like was on the trial green house. I used it for my hoop coops I build. After 6 months I noticed a lot of cracking of the vinyl on the top of the coop. Look like sunlight deterioration. Could be cheaper materials used than what was in the greenhouse trial. Will definitely keep watching to see how the trial goes 🤔👌👍🏻

This video is fascinating , I never knew that seeds were so expensive , thanks for the education.
@wishwellfarmsАй бұрын
Thanks! Yeah, seed cost is outrageous, especially greenhouse tomato seeds.

I personally, am not a fan of hydroponic grown foods, but it's very interesting to see different methods and styles great channel 😊

Well for me it’s only a way to satisfy the huge demand for early produce at farmers markets during May, June and July, that’s it, then we move into all of our field grown vegetables. Thanks for watching!

Asked this on previous vid, but… Really appreciate your vids. They are a lot more useful than a lot of the other farm/garden sites. I‘m thinking about restarting our family farm near Sandusky. Grand father was a truck farmer. Where do you get farm supplies like totes, drip tape, etc. ? Found some places on line but hoping to find someone more local like Cropking and Rupp
@wishwellfarmsАй бұрын
Thanks! We get a lot of our supplies from Martins produce supply in PA and Waldo and associates in Perrysburg, which is now called Griffin grower supplies. We get some of our rolled produce bags from Rockford packaging in Michigan and sweet corn bags from Targit sales in New Jersey

Do they sell coco coir grow slabs and rockwool cubes for hydroponics?
@wishwellfarmsАй бұрын
I don’t believe they do, I think they offer perelite bags, but not Coco Coir. I get mine from AMA horticulture in Ontario.
