Amazing trail!! 5:13...when I see trail like that, I always wonder..."How in the heck did they build that?" Then at 11:50, just based on what I know about GoPro flattening things out, there's NO WAY that little section is not a black based solely on IMBA's requirements for grade alone. In fact, I saw several sections that were definitely at least black, if not double black, at most places. Great riding, and that I agree with BC POV...that trail looks like a special one for sure. Incredible scenery, and it looked like it was one of those "gotta be on your toes" the whole way type of experiences, which I love, because they make the miles go by!
@bkxc6 жыл бұрын
Haha yeah, at that point we had finished Lord of the Squirrels and were into double black territory!!

Saw this on Eric’s vid first time last year and was blown away! So stoked Brian got to hit it. Wished the royal squirrel made his appearance (with crown and scepter). Eric your spill seemed to exude tired surrender. Held it like a champ though. What do you guys do for recovery between rides? I still sore from watching last one.

Please forgive me if this has already been asked, but WHO BUILT the very few wooden features on this trail, and who dragged that Gondola up there? Thanks in advance and please forgive me if these are annoying questions.
@bkxc6 жыл бұрын
I'm guessing the gondola was taken up by helicopter. The trails are built and maintained by the mountain bike club WORCA. I'm sure some other entities helped build other pieces up there as well. But WORCA goes up and makes sure the trails are ridable and clear and that it's a fun experience.

@shanewilkinson94796 жыл бұрын
BKXC Lol. It’s a fine line to tip-toe. She appreciates how riding keeps me fit, but if she gets into it, she might realize how much I spend on my bike... and she might need a bike herself.... My biggest worry if I die is that she sells my bike for how much I told her it’s worth. Anyway, I’m sure I can add this one to my need to do list and she will (eventually) realize there’s no stopping me. Nice job on the 19 mile ride, dude.
