Hi Ali, so pleased to hear your efforts to raise money for the charity is going ok. Just to say my badge is on my first ever dodgy bag make. Have had a kit to make one for over a year, kept putting off making it because I didnt want to do it wrong (sewing has never been my strong point). After watching your "tutorial" decided to go for it after telling myself that the "sewing police" didnt know where I lived. Happy with the result so thank you for the info and the badge. Thanks for keeping me company today as I crochet + knit. My plans were for lots of gardening. However, I not only pulled my calf muscle yesterday but also developed a rash on my arm that I was pulling weeds with (pollen in the air + on the plants?). I’ve been taking Menopace for a few years now they’ve helped me with premenopausal symptoms then the menopause. Definitely recommend them I usually buy them from boots but you can buy them from most supermarkets. Pure cotton bedding helps too with the night sweats . X

I hope your weather is getting better, how are your chickens? Do you have a 🐓 rooster? Sometimes t h e help in calming down the flock, lol. 😅 specially if a dominate hen is being to aggressive. Omg. Hi Ali, I feel your pain with the night sweats, I wake every hour its exhausting, I do find alcohol does make them worse especially wine. My grandad started his day everyday with a cup of hot water and a slice of lemon, he swore by it lived till he was very almost 90 x he said it starts your metabolism and it helps your body burn fat x

Oh yes the night sweats!! I’m 48 and 3 weeks into surgical menopause- I’m having to change the sheets at 3.00 in the morning 😣. Of a trivial nature it also means my ghd’s get an extra workout in the morning 🤣

I would love to snuggle up in bed with my knitting but my bedroom is like sitting in a freezer, the heat doesn't reach my room. Mia is so sweet....Your cross stitch is making me want to pull out mine again...but...I still have dodgy bag mania going on haha x

As you know Ali I’m an OAP & sad to tell you I still have the occasional night sweats especially if I eat later than normal & had to stop with the wine 😳 because of the next day feeling rubbish soon adjusted to no alcohol but still hot flushes & night sweats 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

I kind of like these shorter posts. It's easier to find time for 10 - 12 minutes than it is for 20 or more minutes. Often times I watch the longer ones in two or three segments.
