I have the hardest time in gauging strap length on me since weight/size is a huge factor. Since you are very slender, bags tend to sit lower on you when we are similar heights. Funny enough the bags often look similar in length on you and your mom! Thanks for the video!

Dear Amie please thank your mom for the modeling shots. I am 5"3 and her modeling shots are really useful to me. I love wearing bags cross body but I don't find cross body style as comfortable. However, this video answered a lot of my questions. I love the look of LV Croisette and seems to be comfortable for cross body. I agree my Gucci Marmont in small size looks big for my frame and not really suited for cross body. Great video as always and warm regards to your mom for taking the time to do the modeling shots. I own the Gucci Soho Disco Bag myself in black and what I found very useful concerning the "problematic" strap bit, which never lays down is a hair tie wrapped around it! It worked perfectly for me, since most hair ties come in black :) have a nice day!

The negative I found with my gucci narmont mini is that the top between the chain holes has started to bend into a sharp point so the flap looks like a roof :(
