You used the word jealous wrong. Jealous is when you’re afraid someone or something will take away something you already have. Envious is what you probably meant

Exec: I need music for this badass commercial I just made, what you got? Insane Person: To start, Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, then I drop in bongos, 80s hair metal vocals, and go totally apeshit on a bass solo for 20 seconds. Exec: Can we add in a weirdly digitized choir to escalate the tension near the end, and a bunch of gun shot sounds? Insane Person: Yes, but only if I can hire a bunch of martial artists to yell "HUH" intermittently as well. Exec: You're fuckin hired.

Flash forward...It's sometime in the futures future... The then child who won the crossfire wars now an adult lays awake at night. He now suffers from extreme crossfire PTSD. He can't stop thinking about all the helpless children he sent to their spinning oblivion. He's months behind on rent and desperately seeking a job. Nobody hires him because his only skill is being extremely good at a board game from the 90's. Empty beer bottles now clutter his apartment. His wife and kids tried to help him. Tried to warn him about his addictions. "Don't get caught up in it" they said. Now he's shooting more than just crossfire balls. He was found one night his body laying on the floor with a crossfire ball buried in his head.

90's kids commercials went harder than anything. They'd whip out guitar solos, scream high notes, have some kids shooting lightning and fire. "Fuck, kid, you're gonna be so rad you'll have superpower and leather jackets if you buy this product."

Another great commercial from the early 90's that I remember coming on while watching cartoons after school. Man, the kid who wins at the end totally brings me back to 5th and 6th grade when this commercial was in it's heyday, I remember it airing for a couple of years before being lost to the sands of time and I'd definitely put it in the "classic" category for commercials from my childhood. Good stuff and great theme.

DeMont Knighton Hell's yea, and it caught you off guard for a first time viewer, it looked like the shit, original, organic and the hype for the game was exhilerating. You knew as a kid it made you want too buy the games. Classic advertising with organic material and enhanced graphics back then, that was the shit. Board game commercials and Nick commercials were my favourite too see. The variety back then shits on today's in such an overwhelming fashion its unparalleled

It was actually a law in the late 1980s that you legally couldn't play crossfire or wield the nintendo power glove unless you were wearing a leather jacket. Just in case you got dragged to hell, you needed something to protect you from the fire.
