Thanks so much! Now I get why my arms are wasted every time I flip tires! BTW, any tips on how to prep a tire for working out with it? (i.e. is it safe to drill a couple of holes into it so the water leaks, tips for cleaning the tire prior to beginning to workout with it etc)
