Dogs are smart and sensitive. Giving them lots of praise will make them feel happy and secure. When your dog does something good, praise him a little too loudly. A walk is an important opportunity to experience many things together with your dog. I love the how Pat caught hisself and kept going. I had a friend fall off right onto her back doing TTB and cracked vertebrae. She still is out. She wore those little half gloves that just cover half your fingers and right above the thumb. Don’t let anyone use those she slid right off. I told her to get my extra pair of grips after I saw what she had on but she fell right after that. Anyway love how you guys compete against each other. Pat was so happy he beat you. 😂 then you kicked his butt! Poor Pat 😂 🥰love you guys

Great video. My gym will just program a set amount of rest between sets so everyone gets the same rest period.

Awesome, We do that too! We find that for some workouts, some people will work harder to get more rest! Depends on the stimulus we are going for. If no matter how hard they work they all get the same rest sometimes it changes the effort people put forth! We are always keeping it constantly varied so we can hit different types of stimulus! There is no right or wrong!

How do you push on the bike? It is legit the ONE movement that DRAINS me. I go 90% and I’m gassed even like 80% and it ruins me for the rest. But I am good at running and burpees but the bike legit roast my legs and jacks up my heart rate

I’m the exact same way. Can do a fast-ish mile run and feel good, but any amount of time on the air bike just saps me. It’s the one cardio option I avoid admittedly!

WHOA, PAT!!! A full 360° T2B! I'm feeling a new event in the making! Parkour-Crossfit! 🤣 Nice recovery! I love seeing the behind-the-scenes, making the programs, and especially the "oops" moments! It's comforting knowing all levels of athletes have these moments! 💜

This workout is quite close to 1 that I do, but without the toes to bar, I’m not a pro athlete, so I’m not used to doing them, mine consists of deadlift x 6 at 100kgs straight into barbell shoulder press x 6 at 40 kgs then 10 cals on assault bike, I do this for 5 rounds, in about 9-10 mins, yes I have to take a break between each round cos I’m not fit enough, yet……

I think you should go hard & fast you can regardless of what is programed. If you go over then you could figure out what to do the next time it comes up again. Great job by you both, That workout looked hard compared to what I had to do this morning for my gym. I would love to see more videos like this to HELP me get ready for the next CrossFit Open that starts on February 24th
