Big Dawg Challenge #6!
AMRAP 15 min of:
-4 KB Taters (Swing-2-goblet-squat) @ 32/24 kg
-6 Plate Fall Push-ups @ 34/22cm
-8 Deadlifts @ 90/60 kg
See movie below for movement standards. Here is some key-points.
KB Tater = Swing 2 Goblet Squat
The KB must under hip/ between legs (As in the Swing) and must be catched in a rack position (Chest height).
Squat is below parallell (Hip below knees) and fully extended hip at the top.
In the Swing catch of the KB, you can catch it on the top (As a Power Clean) or catch it in the bottom (As a Squat Clean).
Plate Fall Push-ups
Start position is with arm fully locked out at the top of the Plates.
Upper Chest touch the ground between the plates.
-Push-up and land on top of plates, have to be "airborne", now crawling up.
You can jump or crawl down from the plates.
Worming is allowed since it does not give you any benefits on this exercise.
1 rep is completed when you have gone from locked arm at the top of the plate, to the ground with chest touching the floor, and when you are on top of the plates again with arm fully locked out.
Deadlift =
-Normal rules, no excessive bouncing
