Tasia, I am so proud of you for sharing your story like this. I’ve been a huge fan of yours and the crew in Cookeville for a number of years because of your approach to fitness, faith, and family, and I just became an even bigger fan through this video. I struggled with anorexia and bulimia in my late teens and early 20’s to the point where I was suicidal. Since then, God has blessed me with the opportunity to walk with several other people who were going through similar struggles. Although my eating disorders have been in check for over 20 years, it wasn’t until recently, when I finally learned to love myself as God’s creation vs my own desire for approval and attention, that I finally beat the body dysmorphia that plagued me for most of my life. Please keep being the amazing, powerful, inspirational woman you are!

Tasia is a very nice genuine person. Day one she was the first person to introduce herself. We started Crossfit about the same time and to watch her improve so quickly was pretty awesome.
