Hey, Nate I wonder if it’s lice or not. I don’t sleep in hostels but I do get an itchy back of the head sometimes. I think it’s all the sweat falling down of the back of my head from the summer heat. I use the heavy anti dandruff and itch shampoo in the summer. I never have this problem when the weather is cold just when it’s really humid and hot.
