Crouch Cancels 101 - A guide to CCs in Street Fighter Alpha 3/Zero 3

Crouch cancelling isn't just a V-ISM thing. Every ISM can take advantage of it.
It's all about understanding the neutral state and learning to delay or avoid it. Once you have a feel for it, you can start to improvise your own setups.

Note that CCs only work because there are recovery frames you can cancel when landing from a jump. Otherwise, you would be instantly neutral the second you touch down.
It's the same reason why aerial moves with 0 recovery frames on landing can't be used for VCs (shoto tatsus or Shin Akuma DP on console).

Finally i understand this mechanic after so many years, so this is how to setup infinites, just one doubt, how can Sagat remains crouching so long without triggering enemy's flip?

They do flip if you watch it back. It's just set up in such a way that they land on the grounded shadow normals, which you can't air block.

How many frames you have to crouch cancel into jump? 1f, 2f, 3f ? Ty

It varies by character. Some characters are as low 2f.

I believe so. They don't work in the "Upper" versions of the game though.
