I think there was too much that made his "be quiet" more painful, the fact that he kept it in until then, the head tilted towards him, and the wording he chose. If earlier on he had casually asked him to be quiet while focused on his game Green Hoodie likely wouldn't take it personally and understood the tone of the room.
@axelnilsson20314 ай бұрын
yes, but he held it in because he thought the other guy would eventually pick up on the vibes and self regulate because thats what people who are not on the spectrum would do having grown up with friends who were very clearly on the spectrum sometimes you really had to be sort of blunt with them, I mean you'd try to do it in a friendly way but you also needed to be really clear to get through to them guy in green is also not only on the spectrum, but also acting in a very histrionic fashion, he must have some notion of the fact that he can be really annoying to other people, because he has to have had similar incidents happen before, yet even after he's told to be quiet he gets angry quiet rather than reflect upon the situation then when he gets a chance to be in the spotlight again he does it in a very disrespectful manner, I dunno I side with mustache man here, green guy is being an asshole, just because its your bday that doesn't give you the right to crash someone elses event, and at some level I think he knows what he's doing but chooses to ignore it willingly not because he's on the spectrum but because he's histrionic

Sirius that's such a sad and submissive outlook, when you can in stead be part of shaping the social hierarchy game. Stop following, be yourself, but don't tread on other people unprovoked. Don't take shit from people, but also don't give shit (humor/banter is a completely different thing), and try to stand up for the little man when more malevolent people try to further themselves through belittling of others, although ultimately they will have to learn to stand up for themselves. If you have a modicum of self awereness & charm/social intelligence and follow these very fair principles, 90% of people will like you to varying degrees in the long term. As for the remaining 10%, they're shallow sociopaths who can go fuck themselves, they're not worth your time, so why would you care what opinion they have of you?
