Good news, they're not ace. It's been quite obvious since the Ghost Aziraphale scene in season 1, when Aziraphale said, "Pity I can't (enter?) your body," and Crowley mutters to himself, "Uuuurgh I'm not gonna go there." His mind went straight to dirty and the only reason he didn't say what he was thinking is that being so obviously romantic wasn't something they did. Lots more moments in Season 2.

Like the provocative way Aziraphale says both him and Crowley get "plenty of use out of" the bookshop. No details, but much room for everyone's imagination. That's why I used the term "supposedly", because there is no explicit declaration about their status and I like it that way. Even Neil Gaiman said in an interview that people can read into the characters whatever they like, so everyone may feel represented by them. "Gaiman said no, not really, referring back to a line in the book which says, "Angels are sexless unless they specifically make an effort." He went on to say, "I like the idea that we know Crowley and Aziraphale don't really... these are two ethereal and occult beings who aren't really quite clear on what mammals are about, even. I don't really think that they've sussed complicated human things like gender." (taken from an article on digitalspy.com) Don't get me wrong, I love their relationship. The kiss got me all flustered (before the despair and heartache kicked in like a horde of buffaloes) and if we get to see more, I'm all in for it. After that heartbreaking S2 finale, everyone deserves healing.
