It’s actually most likely it was the drummer if you take into consideration how guitars bass and drums are recorded. When recording guitar and bass it’s often recorded in sections. They rarely record the whole song in one take. It’s also very hard for the guitar pickups to have picked up someone speaking. The person speaking would have to have been basically screaming right in front of the guitar pickups. It’s more common to record drums in one take since it is harder to blend different takes together. It’s also much easier for the drum mics to pickup the drummer speaking.
