After firing it up I always get this error. I tried doing what it says and still failed. The virtual machine failed to boot. That might be caused by missing operating system or misconfigured boot order. Mounting an operating system install DVD might solve this problem. Selecting an ISO file will attempt to mount it after the dialog is closed.

Late to answer(maybe it will help someone else having the same problem in future..) but when windows asks you to restart you need to click restart and then go to Devices->Optical Drives->Remove disk from virtual drive(just like how would you remove USB if you were installing it on real machine) or you will be stuck in windows installation again.
