However this individual is pictured where 2 other fires started in Placerville late lastnight.

here is an idea. Time and Date stamp your videos, maybe in one of the corners. Watching your report, I have no idea when it was made and what it is asking as of NOW.

Because of when they/where they started, sounds like arsonist. No punishment, no incentive to stop bad people.

And you say this because? You make it sound like the fires that are started in “extremely rural areas” how are these areas supposed to be protected? I live in a highly dense populated area San Diego County and we have had numerous fires here and been evacuated twice needing to travel to the Mexico/ USA border area to get a hotel with 3 cars, 5 adults, 2 children under 3 years old, three dogs and the fires were literally all around San Diego County. It’s very scary. People are doing their best to fight the fires, civilians are trying to get out of dangerous places and it’s not easy finding shelter because of people being evacuated needing shelter. WE LIVE I A FIRE-PRONE EREA! I have bags packed with extra clothing, 5 gallons of drinkable water, an ice chest that I can fill with food ( I buy fresh food and ice daily right now) and my prescription medication and my laptop with me in my car and encase anything happens as I live in a really rural area with thousands of acres of undeveloped land and dirt roads perfect for a fire to start. Please be safe, keep your gas tanks full and have shelf stable food and plenty of water with you. Better to be safe than sorry 😢

@@penniroyal4398 Congratulations, you seem so be part of the 2 percenters. You have much to lose because you have so much stuff.

'Extremely rural'

Yep, people live everywhere throughout the mountains, but not in large densities. What they're not saying is that this fire will burn into already burnt out areas in a day or 2 and will be much easier to contain. In the meantime we all suffer the smoke and "if it bleeds it leads" news.
