47:02 mam section 64 ipc me bhi mention h default in payment of fine me bhi punishment addition me hogi Sec64 reads " the offender shall suffer imprisonment........" The only difference between 65 ipc & 31 crpc may be that 31crpc specifically mentioned magistrate
