Crucian carp is simple but very tasty fish. Crucian carp can be baked both on charcoal and in the oven. In this video we cooked crucians on coals, on the grill. We pre-marinated Karasey in spices, with the addition of tomato paste and vegetable oil. The crucian abdomen was stuffed with a sprig of dill, slices of lemon and tomatoes, which gave the dish a peculiar flavor.
