That is my Godsister. I grew up eating her mother’s delicious food. I would got to the Christmas village and wait with great anticipation for the food to finish coming. How I miss her cooking. It is good to see that her daughters have taken up the tradition. You are lucky to learn from them. Comment from little Frazie.

There was a woman when I was a child and used to live in Richmond, Christiansted, St. Croix--about 35+ years ago. Everyday I passed through that lady's (can't remember her name to save my life) house and she'll teach me how to cook by allowing me to watch her cook. Then we eat whatever she was making whether it be pastry or dinner. I missed those days.
