They plain copied it and made a song of it adding melody and lyrics. If you look at guns, they had dont cry around Appetitte era, but it doesn't have much to do with the rest of their songs around that time. Damn, Slash even copied the solo. The slides, the bluesy licks and the run up the fretboard.

This is Maine and dads song I knew he was dying from alcohol when he took me to the gig in London in 83 at the marquee. This song kills me every time I hear it. My dad was the best most outrageous dad anyone could have unless your dads boy George or keef or Nikki sixx. God I miss those times. But I have breast cancer and can’t wait to see you soon dad I just hope you’re the same as an Angel as you were in real life.

Back in the day I had this whole gig on VHS video tape and the cherry bombz - great rock'n roll! Inspirational stuff!. I keep watching this back and remembering this band - it breaks my heart when I see the the tragedy and unfulfillment of musical potential that surrounded this band.

Any plans to visit England? :-* Btw: my dream is to write dwo rock ballads: one - in tribute to the Artists who passed away but who influence me to be who I'm today and help me survive through tha worst whiles of my life. If I ll c'd to do it, with no doubt our Diamond - Razzle (R.i.P) gonna be the 1st One to Whom I wanna dedicate it! And 2nd one - in tribute to the Artists who are still between Us (thank God!) and who rock my world for the life time and ima thankfull to God about every single new days of Their life! Andy and Mike Monroe are on the top of my dedication! Btw: I wish Andy to know that I'm very thankfull to Him about every single day's as He is clean and sober! I want Him to know how much it mean to me as His and Hanoi Fan, coz tha fact that He is clean and most of all tha fact that Ya are with Him, it lemme feel peaceful that the worst things Andy leave behind Him, and that He is really alive and that He won't ended up as Jimmy Hendrix or Jim Morrison if Ya know wat I mean...

This also amuses me because as a decades played guitarist I can hear accent of guitar play and sound. Andy has no finnish but british accent like Brian May, Mark Knopler, Iron Maiden guitarists, Noel Gallagher, Edge. You can hear certain melodies and riffs and sounds and they are million miles away from Steve Vai or Eddie Van Halen "Brown" or L.A.sound.
