They are Amazing Dogs and an Incredible Breed! Unfortunately, the Breed, like alot of others...has had its share of "Peddlers" who sell "impure Puppies" and charge Mega Dollars for Phony Papers that make them worth more than they are! There are Breedes who have been meeting the "Demand" for even "Smaller" Staffys than they already are! They do this by Breeding in "French Bulldogs"! The greatest Tragedy is that the Courage and Tenacity that sets the Breed Apart, has been Bred out of a Great Deal of Dogs! I woukd Never purchase a Staffy without seeing His Sire or Dam run down a Hog and take Hold of it's EAR and stay in Hold!

I've had 3 staffies. My last 1 was a rescue that was apparently used to fight and was missing an eye. They were all the most loving, cuddly, loyal, funny and sweetest dogs I've ever known. Nothing like some people think they are. I love this breed.

Staffies are fantastic dogs I had one as a kid and she was so gentle, loving and affectionate she used to sleep with me or my sister in our beds. I get so pissed off when people say staffies are vicious they get a bad rep because of bad irresponsible owners

Best display team ever (I am biased, Im from east anglia). I lost my Kia 2 years ago and she would have loved to do this, miss her every day and still cant bring myself to get a new doggo just yet but I know one thing if and when I do decide it will most certainly be a staffordshire bull terrier rescue because they are simply the best dogs in my eyes.

Great to see staffies being shown for what they are, brilliant, loyal, happy dogs. I had my first staff for 15 years, and brought him up with my daughter (they're not called the nanny dog for nothing). Devastated when he passed away, and l'm now on my sixth rescue one. Wouldn't have any other breed, wonderful dogs !!!!

I've always wanted to teach my staffy how to do agility like this. You really bond with your dog the more you teach them these things. You get to know them more and they get to know you more. It teaches trust and that's the most important thing you can teach your dog in my opinion. A dog that trusts you is a dog that'll save your life.

One of my favorite breeds! As a bully owner and fancier, there isn't an AKC bully breed i don't hold a special place for. My heart belongs to the American Staffordshire Terrier though. I have been contemplating staffy bully for a few year's. Something a bit smaller

I am so overjoyed at the condition of these Staffords. FINALLY a competition that promotes FIT HEALTHY ACTIVE bull breeds and not obese fat monstrosities that I'm so used to seeing. That first bitch that came out was phenomenal she is in great shape as we're her pups. Dog owners take note. Fat for a dog is dangerous and a form of animal abuse. You will never see a fat wolf in the wild. Being fat or obese puts stress on the dogs bones, joints and organs and substantially shortens their life span and overall quality of life. The LEANER a dog the more active and happy it will be. There is a difference between lean and active and emaciated and skinny. Don't get them confused. Well done to Crufts for once you got us working dog owners on board with your comps .

We got our girl from a "no kill" shelter. It has taken us a year to get her to not be afraid of the hand or my walking cane. But now she is a loving, companion. She is very perceptive, it is as if she can sense how we are feeling.

It'd probably a phase of sorts. When I was a kid I had a time where I would do "monster claws" with my hands and open my mouth in a "raaawr" kind of way. I don't even remember it, I only know because of my sister and pictures. I don't know if that has a name (does ocd fit this behaviour?) But I consider it normal for a kiddo.

Idiots in this country will call staffies 'pitbulls' too. The bull and terrier became the SBT. All US versions came from this lineage. But no breeds stay the same visually/physically because breeders want a dog that is 'improved' or refined in some way to better fit the purpose or goal that they have in mind. Human breeding, horse breeding, dog breeding, it doesn't matter. Therefore, a large 'pitbull' is still as much of a 'pitbull' as a smaller one.

The temperament passing rate is higher for pit bulls than for Chihuahua, Border collie and beagles and put bulls have one of the weakest bite forces of all breeds.
