Yea, if this road is fixed, cars will probably drive at 80km/h, like those on Knight.

I think a lot of roads in BC are deteriorating. However, it’s still better than a lot of roads in America.

This road looks better than your average street in Winnipeg.

ROFLMAO!!!!! Come to Saskatchewan! ALL of our roads are as bad, or even worse than that street.

This will be everywhere soon. Basic math. Roads are paid for with taxes on fuels and property taxes. More property owned by numbered corporations means more tax deferment. More cars on the road using less gas per car means roads are breaking at a rate greater than they can accrue funding for repair.

It’s not a corporation issue. It’s well-known now that suburban sprawl does not pay enough in property taxes to pay for the maintenance of all the roads and sewers and other infrastructure needed to support it. The residents on this particular road might pay enough in taxes to maintain that crummy road, but there’s probably some suburb somewhere that’s hogging all the money to maintain their roads and sidewalks even though their house values and property taxes aren’t enough to cover those costs.
