This really reminds me of McDonalds Apple pie. I have always wondered how do they make that crunchy shell. This techie is interesting and very intriguing. I will substitute the white bread for oat bread and see what happens or maybe I'll finally try white wheat bread. I've plenty of beautiful apples.. and going to roll some bread out and make these crispy personal apple pies. They look and sound so Deliciouso.
