I stopoed the video when you listed "sugar" as one of the ingredients. Ladies, don't take any PCOS advice from this channel. Imagine recommending a woman with PCOS to eat sugar...🤯

I'm genuinely sorry for this mistake, yes you are right. Sugar is definitely not PCOS friendly specially in diabetes related hormone levels. The list although is meant for everyone. And anyone who is dealing with PCOS can easily replace the sugar with stevia which won't affect blood sugar levels I will list in the caption that it can be replaced with such alternatives. Thanks for commenting and letting me know.
