healthy Veg Protein Salad made with all vegetarian items. Used Cucumber Carrot Onion Tomato boiled White chana boiled kidney beans salad leafs and lemon juice Black Pepper with salt.

The combination of cucumber and tomato is advised to be avoided,the reason is that they both have a completely different way of digestion, Hence, they must not be consumed together as this combination can lead to acid formation and bloating. " Either cucumber 🥒 or tomato 🍅 we should add one of them ..not both... Apart from this the recipe is good ☺️
